What is your aftersale service?
Q: Who could provide the Warranty Service?
Warranty service 1-3years. Basically we offer one year gurantee, if your customer needs more, we have 24month and 36months different pricing for customer to choose.For the electrical products in gurantee time, we offer the service by cutting wire and taking photos, no need to send broken ones back to China.we will send you the new one together with next order together.
Q: How to start OEM cooperation?
A: OEM MOQ is different from 500 to 2,000 sets.
As this is our first cooperation, we recommend two options:
1. Joint purchasing: If you have friends in the same industry with similar demands, you can combine orders to reach the MOQ and share the raw material discount.
2. Recommend ready stock: We have a similar product with the same function that does not require an MOQ, and the packaging design is universal but we can put crystal logo on it which only takes 3-7days, which is suitable for trial sales. We have accumulated nearly 20 years of experience in this industry and will provide you with the best solution.
Q: Do you accept sample orders?
A: We accept orders of samples for all products.
We have some regular stock items in our warehouse that can be delivered within 3 to 7 days.
If you need any customization, small logo stickers or lazer print can be completed within 3 to 10 days.
For complex customized samples, the solution needs to be discussed and decided upon.

Q:What is the lead time for finished product orders and sample orders?
If we have stock raw material with universal package, it will take 3-7days to deliver orders.
If you have more special requirement, it will take 25-45days for mass production.
A: After receiving the deposit(30% deposit, 70% balance before goods delivery) we start to mass production.
